Jackie, CJ and Tad were very accommodating, professional and patient with me as it took literally 2 months for me to pick a product. They eased all my anxiety, because this was going to be a huge purchase for me. Jackie coordinated everything from measuring, ordering and scheduling installation. The process was very smooth. Their fitter Wellington and his team worked very hard and had the whole house completed in a week. Wellington was very helpful and takes great pride in his work, he left the house clean, rehung pictures and even had a very heavy delivery of ours put safely away in the garage. All rubbish was cleared and taken away. I would definitely recommend both the company and the fitter.
The whole experience was great, they made this process easy and enjoyable. Their showroom had a wide variety of options to select from along with samples that we could take home to review with our other finishes. The pricing was very reasonable on the options we looked at and we were able to get the install booked quickly during the holidays. The install team was professional and communicated well.
